I firmly recognise the significant synergy between financial success and addressing community and social needs. Therefore, my focus is consistently on societal welfare and finding ways to give back.
As a committed and responsible member of society, I am actively involved in a range of social welfare initiatives. These include assisting the blind, differently-abled individuals, underprivileged children, women, and impoverished elders through voluntary service organisations. Recently, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Shriram Properties have also provided support to a large number of migrant construction workers. Likewise, our team has consistently provided support to individuals affected by cyclones, tsunamis, and floods.
Support to Chennai residents affected by Michaung Cyclone
Shriram Properties (SPL) embarked on voluntary relief efforts and distributed relief kits comprising foodgrains, clothing, medicines, and daily essentials to over 2,500 families in and around Tambaram (Perungalathur) and Guduvanchery (Perumatunallur) areas of Chennai.
The relief materials were handed over to local authorities, apart from direct distribution to beneficiaries in the neighbourhoods. Over 100 volunteer staff members of Shriram Properties worked relentlessly over 24-30 hours towards timely and successful distribution of relief materials.
Bengaluru Marathon
The 10th edition of the Bengaluru Marathon was nothing short of spectacular, with more than 25,000 participants taking to the city's streets on October 8th, 2023. However, the festivities extended beyond race day.
Green Initiative Run
Shriram Properties embarked on a marathon for a better, greener tomorrow during the #GreenInitiativeRun on September 16, 2023. This event was a heartfelt journey filled with determination, unity, and an unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability.

World Environment Day!

Chennai team took the initiative to plant saplings as part of the project Park 63, contributing to the conservation of the environment. The team's dedication did not stop there. They also organized a campaign to raise awareness and combat plastic pollution. Bangalore team at Shriram 107 South East, also showcased their commitment to creating a cleaner and healthier environment.
Bengaluru Marathon
Shriram Properties WAS Presenting Sponsor of the Bengaluru Marathon for the 10th consecutive year. The pre-run event for the marathon's 10th edition took place on May 28 at Cubbon Park, Bengaluru, showcasing an exhilarating atmosphere.
