1. This is not a booking application. This is only an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the upcoming Plotted Development in project ‘Codename By The Garden’ at Shriram Grand City by Shriram Properties Limited towards reserving/confirming your participation for the official booking allotment window on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis EOI PRIORITY ORDER.
2. “The Company” refers to “SHRIRAM PROPERTIES LIMITED”.
3. As part of the EOI Process, an applicant is required to fill out this EOI form and pay the non-refundable EOI amount of Rs. 999/-.
4. The Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee the allocation of any plot(s) to the proposed customer(s).
5. This EOI can be converted to a booking application when called upon by the Company during allotment window.
6. During the functioning of the allotment window, more details required for the booking shall be communicated, such as specific plot number, exact area, inventory, and exact pricing and you may choose your preferred plot(s) based on the availability. The number of plots(s) released for sale by the Company shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
7. To convert this EOI to a booking application, the applicant is required to visit the allocation location on the day of allotment and select a plot(s) basis the final inventory and pricing disclosed. Followed by filling in the booking application form, signing the cost sheet, and making a payment equivalent to 9.9% of the consideration value of the plot chosen as specified in the respective cost sheet.
8. The entire EOI amount of Rs. 999/- will become refundable in case where the developer has no inventory left to offer to the customer within 3 days’ time frame from the date of allocation window provided a withdrawal email sent by the customer stating the same to customer.helpdesk@shriramproperties.com
9. The refund amount (if applicable) will be credited to the original payee within 60 working days from the date of acceptance of the EOI withdrawal request email without interest/penalty by the Company. In this regard, no other channel of communication will be considered valid. Consequent upon such refund, the Company stands absolved of all liability to the customer about this EOI.
10. Post the plot(s) selection (i.e. filling booking application form), the terms and conditions of the application form shall supersede the terms and conditions of this Expression of Interest (EOI) form.
11. Any rights on the plot(s) shall commence/accrue only upon completion of payments as per the payment schedule & execution of agreement upon cumulative 20% payment. “The Company” has obtained relevant permissions from concerned authorities for the development of the project, which is subject to revision from time to time. The applicant(s) shall not have any right(s)/ objection(s) in this regard.
12. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the EOI at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason for the same. This EOI and the terms hereof shall supersede all the prior discussions and correspondence (written or otherwise) between the applicant and the Company.
13. The applicant understands that third-party transactions are not permitted under relevant laws and all payments are made from the applicant/ co-applicant.
14. I, the undersigned applicant/s, do hereby declare and confirm that the above-mentioned particulars/information given by me are irrevocable, true and correct to my knowledge and no material facts have been concealed therefrom.
15. I have read and gone through the terms and conditions written in this form and accept the same and which shall ipso-facto apply to my legal heirs and successors. I declare that in case of non-selection of the plot, my claim shall be treated as invalid.
